Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting Control Panel is a typical tool solely in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided for free. With Hepsia you can host unmetered site names under one hosting account. This is accomplishable thanks to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 different hosting account logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/management functions. If you select Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel choice.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your Top Level Domains under a single hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP devices do not offer such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and hence they request TWO separate hosting user accounts: 1 domain name management/billing/support account and 1 web site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will see that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel devices can work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
